I'm Gwen Gould. I'm a certified hypnotherapist (C.Hyp), RTT® Practitioner, and EFT Specialist, and I've spent over 35 years working in NHS nursing and midwifery. That clinical background means I understand the mind-body connection at a deep level — and I know how profoundly the body responds when the mind finally gets the message that it's safe to let go of a habit.
